Anamika is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with post-qualification credentials in Information Systems Audit (DISA) and Risk Management (DIRM). Over a career spanning more than two decades, she has held leadership positions as CFO and Head of Finance across multiple organizations, where she drove financial strategy, governance, budgeting, business planning, and operational excellence.

She also brings hands-on experience in Series A funding, including fundraising readiness, investor due diligence, financial modelling, valuation support, and working with leadership teams to enable business growth and investment decisions.

She founded Goel Advisory with a clear vision: to empower growing Indian businesses, entrepreneurs, and emerging startups with the same level of financial leadership, strategic insight, and governance excellence that large corporations rely on, delivered through a trusted, founder-led approach.

Amit is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and holds a Master of Engineering degree from VJTI, Mumbai, along with a PGDBA in Finance & Operations from Symbiosis, Pune. With over 24 years of leadership experience across the Tata Group, Reliance Industries, and Aditya Birla Group, he brings a powerful blend of strategic thinking, business transformation expertise, technology leadership, operational excellence, and financial acumen.

Having worked with businesses across 90+ countries, Amit brings a global perspective combined with a strong understanding of India's evolving business landscape. His experience spans from shaping boardroom strategies, identifying growth opportunities, business direction, and long-term value creation, to driving execution excellence by building the capabilities, processes, and operating models needed to achieve sustainable outcomes.
